Summer Camp Ministry Team

Each summer, Clara Springs brings together a dedicated team of high school, college students, and young adults who serve as counselors, leaders, and ministry partners. This is more than a summer job — it is an opportunity to invest in students’ lives, grow spiritually, and make a lasting Kingdom impact.

Ministry Team members lead small groups, assist with activities, build relationships with campers, and help create an environment where students can encounter Christ. Many who serve describe their summer at Clara Springs as life-changing.
