How Clara Springs Develops Leaders, Not Just Campers

Some students come to camp for fun.

They leave as leaders.

Clara Springs is built on intentional discipleship. Every activity, worship service, and small group moment is designed to build more than memories — it helps build character.

Leadership is modeled

Our summer staff and ministry team lead by example.

Students see faith lived out in real time — not just taught, but practiced.

Responsibility is given

Campers are encouraged to step up — whether it’s helping in small group discussions, participating in leadership moments, or encouraging other campers.

When students are trusted with responsibility, they often rise to it.

Faith is activated

We don’t want passive faith — we want ownership.

Camp creates an environment where students begin to live out what they believe and take steps forward spiritually.

Many former campers return as:

  • Summer Staff
  • Ministry Team Members
  • Church leaders
  • Parents who now send their own kids

That’s generational impact.
